Kerry Condon Joins the Cast of ‘Pressure’

Irish actress Kerry Condon has officially joined the cast of the WW2 historical thriller ‘Pressure’, directed by Anthony Maras (Hotel Mumbai) opposite the already announced Andrew Scott, according to IFTN.

Pressure is described as “a visceral edge-of-your-seat ticking-clock thriller, based on the extraordinary true story around the three day run up to D-Day”.

According to Deadline, Condon will play Eisenhower’s trusted aide Captain Kay Summersby, and the film begin production in September in the United Kingdom and Studio Canal will be handling the worldwide sales. Summersby served as chauffeur, and later on, served as personal secretary to Eisenhower when he was Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces.
